Since the attendees of Politics Rewired events will largely be young people who have less experience in organizing or activism, we need input from people and organizations who are in a position to put the tools that we create into action. Politics Rewired partners can guide development, request features, and get help implementing tools that already exist.
Politics Rewired seeks partners whose investment runs deeper than mere sponsorship –– many organizations are strapped for cash and already forced to prioritize.
Instead, we want local partners that have deep ties to their communities and real problems that need solving. Partnering with a hacakathon in your area will make it easier for you to show up, talk about how your organization functions and make connections with local programmers, artists, activists, etc.
We want partners who will show up with a range of requests. Come ask someone to make you a new logo, redesign your website, or help you set up a mailing list.
